Return Timeframe: We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that after this timeframe, we will be unable to process your return.
Return Conditions: In order to qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Unused Product: The item(s) being returned must be unused, in its original condition, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
- Packaging and Gifts: All original packaging materials, including boxes, tags, labels, user manuals, and any accompanying gifts or promotional items, must be returned along with the product.
- Defected or broken product: While we ensure that correct item is sent post quality check but less likely it may happen that product get damage during the transit. Accordingly, if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Process:

- Provide Order Details: Please provide the following information when contacting us:
- Order number
- Product(s) to be returned
- Reason for the return
- Return Authorization: Our customer service representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable. This number must be clearly marked on the return package.
- Pack and Ship: If your return is accepted, we will arrange for the reverse pickup. Please safely package the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring that all original packaging materials and gifts are included. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions mentioned above. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. In case of COD order refund will be initiated through UPI.
Please note:
- Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the product(s) post deduction of the reverse shipping fee (If the error was on part no deduction will take place).
- If the returned product fails to meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return or apply a restocking fee at our discretion.
